Webleste is Mercury Workshop's browser port of Celeste, with Everest mod support. The page asks for the FNA copy you own and reads it in the tab. This site does not take those files.

The guide explains decomp, static recomp, source ports, and browser builds.

This port is bring-your-own-ROM. The linked project tells you which file it expects from a game you own. recompiled.games never accepts that file.
