PS2Full DecompBring-Your-Own-ROM (BYOROM)Native

REOF2 is a decompilation of Resident Evil Outbreak File #2. Download and setup stay on the project page. It expects a ROM or disc you own. This site does not host the game files.

This comes from decompilation work. The decomp guide lists the repositories people clone first, including decomp.me, splat, and m2c. decomp.me is the practice scratchpad.

This port is bring-your-own-ROM. The linked project tells you which file it expects from a game you own. recompiled.games never accepts that file.
